I was elected as a WRDSB Trustee for Waterloo/Wilmot in 2014. In this role, I have been involved in multiple board committees, mentored our Student Trustees and worked hard to represent and advocate for our parents, students, staff and community.
I have had the opportunity to work as a school Public Health Nurse for over 30 years. In this role, I provided curriculum support, classroom instruction, partnered with educators and administrators to offer school-wide Health Campaigns on a variety of issues.

Co-facilitated Girl Time with WRDSB CYW’s for girls in Grade 7-8
Presented and facilitated workshops for parents about healthy parent/child communication - sponsored by School Council of both the Public and Separate Boards

Provided staff education at WRDSB PD days to staff and support workers
